Project Description: 4,300 square floor, one-story addition to the existing Cross Country Community School Building: including all related Architectural, Site, and Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing work as indicated on the Construction Documents



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $100.00 refundable deposit per set payable to BVH Architecture.

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
