Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: 3,985 SY Street Pavement Removal; 4,400 SY 6” Granular Subbase; 3,942 SY 7” Non-Reinforced PCC Pavement with 6” Integral Curb; 936 SY 4” PCC Sidewalk; 630 LF 15” RCP Storm Sewer, Class III; 10 EA Single Grate Intake, Type SW-501; 983 LF 8” PVC Sanitary Sewer; 6 EA Sanitary Manholes, Type SW-301; 980 LF of 8” DI Water Main and Appurtenances.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO DEPOSIT required on this project.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
