Public Notes:
Project Scope: An Army Aviation Support Facility (57,011 SF). The Project will include all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, licenses and permits for the update and replacement of the major building systems including geothermal HVAC , electrical, and fire protection to bring the facility up to current building codes and efficiency standards. In addition, the project will include remodeling and repair of the building interior to walls, floors, latrines, and other items as specified in the Plans and Specifications. Plans and specs can be obtained digitally from A&D technical supply Co. for a non refundable fee of $25.
