Sealed proposals will be received for the Atlantic City Offices – Electrical Upgrades project, by the City of
Atlantic at the city offices, 23 E. 4th Street, Atlantic, Iowa. Bids are due on or before June 8th, at 2:00 P.M.
CST for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the project. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received in the Council
Chambers, 23 E. 4th Street, Atlantic, Iowa.

The Work includes: Removal of existing overhead electrical services and associated service equipment, branch circuit panels, and
feeders. Installation of a new overhead electrical service, main distribution panel, branch circuit panelboards,
and feeders. For the most part, existing branch circuits shall remain and shall be extended to associated branch
circuit panelboard.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to City of Atlantic. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days after the date of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
