Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for a Single Contract for General Construction shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Tuesday, June 8, 2017 at the offices of the ENCOR Director, Debbie Herbel. Bids may be dropped off, or mailed to the following ENCOR offices address: 4780 S. 131st Street, Omaha 68137, Nebraska. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud

Project Location: Omaha, NE

Public Notes:
The project involves the interior remodeling of four existing restrooms, two of which will be left with the current masonry block partition layout, while the existing fixtures and partitions will be replaced with new ones per ADA regulations. The other two restrooms, are single user restrooms, which will be demolished, and rebuilt, including new fixtures, per ADA regulations. Interior wall bearing structural shoring and opening up of existing walls will also be part of the interior scope of work. New paint for the existing interior partitions, and existing concrete floor rebuffing and carpeting in certain areas, is also part of the interior scope of work. New ceilings, doors and frames and drywall partitions, partial new plumbing, lighting and power. Exterior work will include resurfacing of the west facade with new metal cladding, new entry/exit metal doors, new stairs and ADA-compliant concrete ramps. An enclosed, but not conditioned dock expansion area, which will include new walls, roof and load-dock equipment, is also part of the work.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
