Job Purchase Information:
A refundable deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to CMBA will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents. The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Architect within TEN (10) days after the opening of Bids..*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Electronic copies are NOT available for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
If Bid Documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. deposit will be forfeited.
