Bid Info:   Subcontractor/Supplier proposals for the new construction of The Market - Gretna to be located on Lot 1, Royal View Community in Gretna, NE will be received by the Calabretto Building Group until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Public Notes:
The Project consists of approximately 14,675 sf of wood framed and masonry construction. This bid offering is for the building shell only and TI's for individual bays will be awarded at a later date upon completion of the designs. All invited trades have associated work. The landscaping for this project has been already been awarded to Emerald Lawn and Landscaping.
