Bid Info:   Owner will accept sealed bids until 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 18, 2017. Submit bids to Bellevue Department of Public Works via sealed envelope identified with the Project name and Contractor’s name. Bids will be thereafter publically opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Project Description: The project generally consists of a complete interior build out of the two-story, approximately 25,000 SF Building 1500 to relocate and accommodate new City Administrative Offices and City Council Chambers that are currently located in Old Towne Bellevue. There was a Phase 1 interior demo and exterior shell improvement project to prepare for the Phase 2 renovation. The Phase 2 project will have some continuation and cross over with the conditions as left from Phase 1. The project also includes work at the adjacent 1510 Building which is the Police Headquarters and Public Works offices. This work generally consists of UPS upgrades in the existing main server room, and which is connected via an underground conduit to the 1500 Building.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
