Sealed bids addressed to the Blair Community Schools District, for the Blair Community
Schools Roof Replacements at North Primary School 1326 Park Street, Blair, NE 68008
(402) 426-8877, South Primary School 1616 Butler Street, Blair, NE 68008 (402) 426-2229,
Otte-Blair Middle School 555 Jackson Street, Blair, NE 68008 (402) 426-3678, and Blair

Schools will be received in the Administrative Building of Blair
Community Schools, 2232 Washington Street, Blair, NE until 2:00 p.m., on May16, 2017. The
time clock maintained at the front desk of the Administration Building, shall be the official clock
utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.
Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by

Generally, the Projects consist of the following: Removal of existing ballasted membrane roofing system, including associated ballast, roofing membrane insulation, flashings, and expansion joint covers; Furnish and install new TPO membrane roofing system, which includes base roof insulation, tapered roof insulation, roof insulation crickets, roof expansion joints, and all associated flashings, counterflashings, and sheet metal copings; Replacement of upper portion of roof drains at roof surface; Repair of damaged EIFS wall system and replacement of sealants where indicated; and Other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
A current Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 30 days of the bid opening.
