Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on
Thursday, May 25th, 2017, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the
above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing
deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Brief Project Description: 55,807 total gsf - 52,537 sf 2-story steel framed, walk-out style Police Headquarters fully finished with office, open work space, community, break, tactical, crime lab, Sally Port, MEP, IT, locker, fitness, and storage facilities; and a separate single story 3,270 sf pre-engineered metal building vehicle bays with K-9, motorcycle/bike, command vehicle bays and storage; with associated site, earthwork, geothermal well field, access roads and parking (both public and secured), services, plaza/patio areas, and utilities.
The architect is Hoefer Wysocki Architecure out of Leawood, KS and local JEO and SES Engineers. The hard cost construction budget is approximately $14.6 million. This will be a functional, efficient, and iconic facility for the City of Council Bluffs.
