Bid Info:   AHRS Construction, Inc. of Bern, Kansas, Construction Manger At Risk, on behalf of the City of Pawnee City, Nebraska, the Owner, will received bids on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Bid Packages #1 to #13 will be received until 2:00 p.m.
Bid Packages #14 to #27 will be received until 3:00 p.m.
If bids are submitted to AHRS (with the appointment of agent), they need to be received at least 1 hour prior to their respective bid time.

Project Location: Pawnee City, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Project Scope: 15,000 square foot Assisted Living Facility will utilize wood structure construction with steel siding and masonry exteriors. The facility will house 22 living units, a storm shelter, a spa, a beauty shop, a dining area, and a kitchen.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to AHRS Construction.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
