Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Willard Community Center located at 1245 S. Folsom Street, Lincoln, NE 68522 before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017. At that time, Bids will be privately opened.

Project Description: The Willard Community Center project entails the renovation of an existing three-story structure and the construction of an attached three-story addition. The existing building consists primarily of load bearing masonry exterior walls with wood-framed floors and roof. A previous addition to the original structure, which houses the facility's elevator, is constructed with concrete masonry units. The new addition will be constructed with a steel structure and metal stud infill. The exterior of the existing building is clad in brick with stone sills and cornice detailing, and the new addition will be clad with brick veneer as well. The project also includes the construction of new on-site parking for visitors and staff.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $150.00 refundable deposit per set payable to Willard Community Center

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.

Plans are also available for a digital download for a non-refundable fee of $20.
