The Work includes: A free-standing metal building addition of 6,750 square feet including a multipurpose
athletic space, storage rooms, a concessions space and a maintenance bay. The work includes: site demolition, site grading, concrete paving, site utilities, metal
building system, wood framing, plywood and gyp board wall finishes, gyp board
ceilings, metal doors and frames, vinyl windows, sealants, resilient base, mechanical
and electrical work.
