YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Douglas County Nebraska shall receive sealed bids on a
Combined Construction Contract including door and window frame glass replacement, painting, and
miscellaneous associated General, Mechanical and Electrical work for Douglas County Correctional
Selective Remodel – Phase 1 project, at 710 S 17th Street, Omaha, Nebraska; that said bids shall be
received by the Owner until 11:00 a.m. central time on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 to the attention of
the City of Omaha Clerk, Douglas County Civic Center, LC1 Offices, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha,
Nebraska 68183. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the
regularly scheduled Bid Opening meeting in the Legislative Chambers after submission of Bids on
Wednesday, May 3, 2017. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 will be required.
The entire
deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition,
within ten (10) days after the Bid opening. After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
