Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted to the Owner at the following address - 900 South Franklin, Wilber, NE 68465 before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 27 April 2017. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.

Project Description: The projects consists of approximately 40,000 sf re-roof of the existing high school building and replacement of the exterior metal wall wall panels with EIFS, of approximately 10,000 sf interior renovation, and a 1,100 sf addition.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $100.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools)
CD's are available for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00

If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $20.00 (payable to A&D Technical Supply)
If shipping of a CD is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $9.00 (payable to A&D Technical Supply)

Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 15 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A & D Technical Supply. After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to the Architect's office.
