PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building is scheduled for April 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of this tour is to familiarize the bidders with the existing conditions. It will be the responsibility of each bidder to represented. Attendance is mandatory for all prime bidders.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by Cindy Dickinson, City Clerk at City Hall, 2525 Circle Drive, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, until 10:00 AM (Local Time) on May 3, 2017. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The city will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to lowest responsible bidder.

Public Notes:
The bids shall be for all construction for the Entrance and Office renovation.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Joseph R. Hewgley. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 30 days after the bid opening.
