Bid Info:   Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Omaha Public Schools at Blackburn Alternative High School located at 2606 Hamilton Street, Omaha, Nebraska. OPS Bid Number 17-036 in Omaha, Nebraska for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “District” in accordance with the Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Farris Engineering, will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131- 2024 until 2:00 p.m., April 25, 2017. The time clock maintained by District Operational Services, shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

Public Notes:
The Project consists of removal and replacement of generator and emergency power distribution equipment. See drawings for work that applies to each facility. The following is a general description of the Work. a. New exterior natural gas generator. b. Life safety power equipment including panel boards, transformers and automatic transfer switch. c. Optional standby power equipment including panel boards, transformers and automatic transfer switch.

Prime Contractors may obtain bidding documents from:

A refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 (made payable to A&D Technical Supply) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be refunded in full if documents are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid date.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc
