Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at: Bridgewater, SD 57319 Before 2:00 pm local time on April 20, 2017, for: Project Description: A 1,735 s.f. masonry press box with aluminum bleachers, replacement of polyurethane track, and new athletic field equipment.

Public Notes:
A 1,735 s.f. masonry press box with aluminum bleachers, replacement of polyurethane track, and new athletic field equipment. Work of this proposed Contract comprises remodeling and demolition, including general construction work. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and operations necessary to complete the Contracts.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
