Airport Authority, 3855 Sky Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska.
Final completion of the Work is to be finished no later than 45 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.
Proposals will be received for a single general contract for the Work. Low bid will be based on base bid
accepted by the Owner. Faxed bids will not be acceptable.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
