Spruce Street, Mitchell, SD 57301, before 3:00 pm local time on March 29, 2017. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids, Campus Center room 146.

Project Description: A 2,932 s.f. remodel. The work consists of a single-story addition to the existing school, and remodel of existing School and surrounding site work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon request at No Charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
