Lutheran Church will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Project Hope Food Bank Renovation located at 2556 S. 138th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the main church office located at 2556 S. 138th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the demolition and renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet of existing basement space and miscellaneous site work improvements.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Rejoice! Lutheran Church.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
