Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the architect’s office, located at 818 S. Beltline Highway East, Suite B, Scottsbluff, Nebraska until 2:00 p.m. (MTN) March 29th, 2017, for the stair and ramp replacement, for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The architect and owner will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsive responsible bidder with or without alternates.
One proposal for the general construction work, (including, but not limited to, any civil, structural, mechanical and electrical construction) will be accepted. The electrical work for new lighting and the relocation of the sign will be separate and should be coordinated with an electrician that will be independently hired by the Church. The city will install new curb stop valves. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the electrician and the city.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal of existing concrete stair and wood ramp, Installation of new concrete stair and concrete ramp, Installation of new exterior street lights, and Installation of new sidewalk sections.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
