Sealed bids will be received at the architect’s office, located at 818 S. Beltline Highway East, Suite B, Scottsbluff, Nebraska until 2:00 p.m. (MTN) March 29th, 2017, for the stair and ramp replacement, for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The architect and owner will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsive responsible bidder with or without alternates.
One proposal for the general construction work, (including, but not limited to, any civil, structural, mechanical and electrical construction) will be accepted. The electrical work for new lighting and the relocation of the sign will be separate and should be coordinated with an electrician that will be independently hired by the Church. The city will install new curb stop valves. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the electrician and the city.
