Project Description: The project includes construction of a new 1,680 S.F. Concessions & Restroom Building at the existing LCCS Athletic Complex. Work includes structural CMU, pre-fabricated wood trusses, shingle roofing, HM doors and frames, plumbing, electrical, casework, toilet partitions, drywall, misc. finishes, site and utility work.
