UNMC GCAIL - The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited
to: Project Description: The project includes, but is not limited to, construction
of a 5-story, approximately 192,000 GSF academic and research facility.
The building includes one partial level of enclosed parking on the lowest
level and a mechanical penthouse on top of the building. It also includes
two skywalks to connect to adjacent buildings to the north and east. The
facility will include spaces for cutting-edge immersive virtual reality
functions, simulation, and health education skills. The work will include
cast-in-place concrete, stone, and metal panels; finishes and fixtures; and
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site utility systems to support the
building functions. Note that UNMC has hired an independent design-build
technology contractor to provide and install A/V technology throughout the
building, and coordination with that work is required in the scope of this
Project. 42nd & LEAVENWORTH INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS - The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited
to: Project Description: The addition of two right turn lanes (WB Rt. and SB Rt.) at
the intersection of 42nd Street and Leavenworth Street. A cast-in-place retaining
wall is proposed in the NW quadrant. Traffic signal is replaced as part of the
work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $750.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $150.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 7 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned with the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
