Project Description: This is a multiple phase Project that consists of indoor air quality improvements, primarily the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system with a new ground source heat pump type system. (the geothermal wellfield was installed during an earlier project) The existing electrical system will be upgraded with a new service, emergency generator and new light fixtures throughout the building. General construction includes work to accommodate new systems, building addition to infill the existing courtyard, new ADA restrooms, new roofing and other miscellaneous renovations indicated in the Contract Documents.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $250.00 deposit per set (payable to LPS).
Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders if undamaged documents are returned within 30 days of the bid opening.
If shipping is required there is an additional nonrefundable shipping fee of $30.00 (Payable to A&D Tech)
