Schuyler Community Schools will receive bids for all trades for the Schuyler High School Classroom Addition, located at 401 Adam Street, Schuyler, NE 68661. Sealed bids will be received until 4:00 PM CDT, on March 9, 2017 at the Superintendent's office at Schuyler High School. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project is a seven classroom addition to Schuyler High School in Schuyler, NE. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Schuyler High School Classroom Addition. Selective demolition, site utilities, earthwork, classroom addition and utility connections.

Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Schuyler Community Schools.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
