Public Notes:
The general nature of the project is removal and replacement of an existing air cooled chiller and remote heat exchanger located in the mechanical room.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Alvine Engineering.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 30 days after award of contract.
