Central Office, 14511 Heywood Street, P.O. Box 426, Waverly, NE 68462. Bids received after this time
will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

The Board of Education for Lancaster County School District 55 – 0145 (a.k.a. Waverly School
District 145) will receive Bids for the Waverly Intermediate School Remodel & Site Improvements Project,
located at 14621 Heywood Street, Waverly, Nebraska 68462. Bids will be received for a Combined Contract to include Building Remodel Work and Site Work. Due to the nature of the HVAC system for this Project, the Owner has prequalified the following
mechanical subcontractors that will be allowed to Bid this Project: The Waldinger Corporation, Midwest Mechanical, and Midlands Mechanical, Inc. Others wishing to be prequalified shall
submit the Mechanical Subcontractors Prequalification Form included at the end of the Instructions to
Bidders.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to DLR Group.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
