SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Willowdale Elementary School has three existing atmospheric boiler which they desire to
replace as they are near the end of their useful life and experiencing major failures. The project
includes but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of the existing three boilers; Removal of existing HWS/R piping to accommodate boiler replacement; Removal of existing natural gas piping to accommodate boiler replacement; Removal of existing floor drains; General demolition to accommodate project; Installation of two new boilers, boiler pumps and associated controls; Installation of new boiler intake and flue piping; Installation of new VFDs for existing heating hot water pumps; Expansion of existing concrete housekeeping pad; Installation of new HWS/R and natural gas piping; Commissioning new equipment and controls; Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment; General Construction (including roof work) to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Control Masters (402) 333-9800.
