UNK Thomas Hall – Parapet and Storefront Renovation Project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 950 S.F. of existing aluminum storefront windows and entrance doors and curtainwall windows. Work also includes roof parapet masonry repairs, replacement of parapet cap sealant joints, and replacement of roof perimeter flashing sealants



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE, (402) 474-5454, Documents are available for a refundable deposit check in the amount of $35.00
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Deposit will be refunded upon return of usable and complete set of Bidding Documents within 45 days following receipt of bids to A & D Technical Supply Co. Documents returned by mail or parcel service shall be shipped postpaid.

CD's in PDF format of Complete Set are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
