Bid Info:   Please submit your bid, along with a completed bid form, to office@manzitto.com by Noon on Monday, February 6, 2017. The undersigned Bidder understands the project is to begin February 16, 2017 and to achieve substantial completion no later than June 1, 2017. Bidder also understands that if awarded contract, Bidder is to adhere to a specific start date and completion date for their Scope of Work.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
This project involves minimal demolition of the existing partition walls and flooring as required for new tenant layouts. Remaining interior floors, ceilings and walls to remain. Reuse existing electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures as indicated on the drawings. There will also be modifications to the surrounding tenant interior corridor and exterior storefront framing as indicated in the drawings.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Manzitto Real Estate.

Documents must be returned to A & D complete and in “like new” condition to obtain a refund. Plans must be returned no later than 10 days after the bid date.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
