Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical, and Electrical work for the
construction of a new program space for an Air Force JROTC Program within an existing space

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The current Air Force JROTC Program for the Millard Public School District is expanding and
an additional classroom space will be renovated to accommodate the program needs.
Accordingly, the District will renovate the remaining area of the original Commons Area within
Millard South High School, located at 14905 Q Street in Omaha, NE. Work includes minor
demolition, concrete masonry, new drywall, paint, new doors and hardware, casework, and
mini-blinds. Associated electrical Work is also included.
