Public Notes:
The project consists of a new 4 floor, wood framing above a steel and concrete podium, 53-unit apartment mixed use building with first floor retail shells. All site work is being bid as a part of the package. Mechanical and plumbing have been awarded. Select electrical contractors have been invited to the project.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to NGC Group, Inc.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
