Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted by mail to Kathy Carroll, Vice President of Administration and Finance, C/O Nebraska State College System (NSCS), 1327 ‘H’ Street, Suite 200, Lincoln, NE 68508; or submitted in person at the NSCS offices, Suite 200, 1327 ‘H’, Lincoln, NE at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Peru, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the renovation of the existing Theater building (6,600 sf approx.) on campus, including a 2 story addition to the south and east (11,500 sf approx.). Renovation work includes new acoustical treatments for the performance space; new stage curtains and rigging systems; new seating; new mechanical systems; new plumbing systems; a geothermal well field and piping; new electrical systems; and remodeling of interior spaces to address code compliance issues, functional issues and to upgrade existing finishes. The new 2-story addition to the south and east will require demolition of the existing 3-story south appendage and include a new lobby; elevator; stairs; restrooms and other needed functions.

Documents can be obtained from A & D Tech 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 for a $150.00 refundable deposit per set (payable to A & D Technical Supply)
Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, post paid, including all addenda, in good condition, no later than 10 business days after Bid Opening to A & D Technical Supply. After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Do not return bidding documents to any other location other than A & D Technical Supply.

Documents may be shipped with a non-refundable $20.00 check
