Contract, including General Construction, Site work, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the building
located at 18414 Summit Drive, Omaha, Nebraska, 68136.
The building is one (1) story in height, 1,600 square foot slab-on-grade, CMU wall construction with site
improvements. It consists of toilet rooms, concessions, and storage spaces.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
