The project includes removal of existing BUR and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, new flashings, cap metal, raising existing vent stacks, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate are to be re-roofed is 14,700 S.F.
