YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Wayne Community Schools shall receive sealed bids on a
Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed
completion of Locker Room and Shop Renovation work at the existing Wayne Jr/Sr High School
building located at 611 W 7th St, Wayne, Nebrasaka; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until
2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in the Wayne Community High School Office at 611 W 7th St,
Wayne, Nebraska 68787. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All
interested parties are invited to attend.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project consists of renovations at the Jr./Sr. High School that will be completed in
multiple phases as described elsewhere in this specification. The work includes
renovating the existing boys’ and girls’ locker rooms, coaches’ offices, IT room, woods
shop area, and other adjacent spaces. Additional renovations include upgrades and new
HVAC, new sanitary sewer lines at the locker rooms, a new dust collection system in the
shop and other associated architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect)is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC. Electronic Downloads are NOT available for this project.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within specified time, deposit is subject to forfeiture.
