SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: North Middle School has two remaining existing multi-zone rooftop units which they desire to
replace as they are at the end of their useful life. The project includes but is not limited to the
following major elements: Removal of the indicated two multi-zone RTUs, Removal of associated natural gas piping, Removal of associated condensate piping, Removal of existing S.A. and R.A. ductwork as required to accommodate RTU replacement, General demolition to accommodate equipment removal, Installation of the indicated two multi-zone RTUs, Installation of new natural gas piping, condensate piping, and ductwork, Commissioning new equipment and controls, Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, Structural modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment, and General Construction (including roof work) to accommodate new mechanical equipment.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
