Your firm is invited to submit an offer, under seal, for the conversion of an existing high school
building into a middle school building, affecting approximately 60,000 sq. ft of floor area. The
Project is located at 2200 27th Street, Columbus, NE.
Project Description: High School Conversion to Middle School. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: interior building demolition,
minor concrete footings, concrete floor slab-on-grade, clay brick and CMU masonry, cast
stone masonry, steel fabrications, structural steel, metal fabrications, finish carpentry,
architectural casework, building insulation, plastic paneling, sealants, steel doors, steel
frames, wood doors, overhead coiling doors, coiling counter doors, aluminum-framed
storefronts, finish hardware, glazing, gypsum board, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient
flooring and base, tile carpeting, painting, visual display boards, toilet partitions, wall
surface protection systems, interior signage, toilet accessories, gymnasium quipment,
countertops, vertical wheelchair lifts, fire protection sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical
lighting and power; data and phone systems conduit and raceways, minor concrete
sidewalks.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to RVW Inc.CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
Bidding documents shall be returned to the office of RVW Inc., 4118 Howard Boulevard, P.O. Box 495, Columbus, NE 68602.
