Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Owner, The Fillmore County Board of Supervisors, at the office of the County Clerk, First Floor, Fillmore County Courthouse, Geneva, Nebraska until 11:00 A.M. local time January 10th 2017. Bids will be opened at 11:15 A.M. in the Supervisor’s hearing room and publicly read aloud.

The work consists of reconstruction of the existing West stone stair entry. The stone cheek walls shall be disassembled to the extent necessary to construct new concrete treads, risers, and landing as detailed to comply with current codes. All exposed foundation masonry shall be thoroughly coated with specified damp proofing material. Stone cheek walls shall be reconstructed to appear as originally designed. In coordination with the stair, the existing underground vault west of the stair shall be dismounted and filled, the sidewalk, stair, and grade shall be adjusted as detail to provide positive drainage. All work shall proceed as to be complete in time for final payment to be submitted not later than June 15, 2017.
