Sealed Bids for the construction of the SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT 2017-1 (WEST STREET) & WEST
STREET AND 276TH CIRCLE WATER DISTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENTS will be received, by the City of
Valley, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC., until
10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, January 05, 2017, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly”
opened and read.

The Project consists of constructing 1,910 LF of 10”Dia. PVC Sanitary Sewer, 2,580 LF
of 8”Dia. DIP Force Main Pipe and manholes, pump station wet well and valve pit manhole, 5,710 LF
12”Dia. DIP Water Main, Fittings, Gate Valves, Fire Hydrants, bore & jack steel casing, horizontal
directional drilling, earthwork embankment, seeding and other related appurtenances.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
