Bids need to be broken into three different sections:
Landlord: Includes a cold shell. All exterior walls, roof, exterior finish materials.
Tenant Finish 1 (Nebraska Hearing Center: Tenant finish begins at sub-grade mechanical and includes building slab and exterior wall insulation.
Tenant Finish 2 (American Family Insurance): Tenant finish begins at sub-grade mechanical and includes building slab and exterior wall insulation.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $30.00 payable to Manzitto Real Estate.

Documents must be returned to A & D complete and in “like new” condition to obtain a refund. Plans must be returned no later than 30 days after the bid date.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
