Bid Info:	Sealed bids for the work will be received until 2:00 PM on January 5, 2017, in the office of the Pottawattamie County Conservation Board, 223 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated for consideration by the Pottawattamie County Conservation Board at its meeting on January 6, 2017.

Project Location:	Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:

This project involves the construction of 1.85 miles of 10 foot wide PCC trail, including grading, pipe culverts, and paving, and the extension of three reinforced concrete box culverts.

There is NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED for this project.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
