Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of the Lewis Central East Stadium Visitor Bleacher and Pressbox project located at 3820 Harry Langdon Blvd. before 2:00 pm local standard time on Thursday the 22nd day of December, 2016. Bids should be submitted to the Owner at the LCCS Educational Resource Center (ERC) located at 4121 Harry Langdon Blvd.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
Project Description: Bid includes construction of a 707 seat grandstand/bleacher complete with ramp/steps, and prefabricated 8' x 24' pressbox, concrete footings, and associated grading work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950. There is NO Deposit required on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available for this project at no cost.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
