Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes multiple renovations and phases to the existing high school starting January 2017 and completed by August 2018. Renovations include a new administration area, new layouts for classrooms, new finishes, including but not limited to casework, paint, ceilings, flooring, doors and hardware, etc. A new Fire Alarm system will be incorporated into the entire building along with new fire sprinklers only at the renovated areas. Mechanical work includes new duct work and plumbing throughout the renovated areas. Electrical scope will include new light fixtures, power, low voltage, and video surveillance.
This Bid Package includes: Scope of Work 1-35 which contains everything from selective demolition to the build back including all fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. See Front End Bidding Requirements for detailed Scopes of Work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
A Plan Deposit Card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening. If documents are not returned within the stipulated time period the deposit will be forfeited.
