Bid Info:   Project Advocates will accept proposals from the invited list of pre-selected General Contractors for the Film Streams at the Dundee Theater until 11:00 am Dec 7, 2016 at the office Project Advocates, 120 South 31st Street, Suite 5101, Omaha, NE 68134. The contractor shall submit (4) copies of proposals in 9 x 12 envelopes with “PROPOSAL, FILM STREAMS AT THE DUNDEE THEATER ATTN: MATT HERZOG” and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The contractors shall also submit (1) copy of their proposal via email to Matt@Project-Advocates.com.

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to: Work to include renovation of existing theater and construction of new addition.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Film Streams.

Builders Cards are accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $35.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, NE. 68127).

CD's or Downloads in PDF format of Complete Sets are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00

All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).

You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
