Bid Info:   Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), on December 8, 2016, at the Riverside CSD Jr.-Sr. High School administration office, 18997 Hwy 59, Oakland, Iowa 51560. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
Riverside Community School District will receive Bids for a Combined Contract for the FEMA Safe Room Addition to the Jr.-Sr. High School located at 18997 Highway 59, Oakland Iowa. The Safe Room Addition is one (1) story in height and has a total area of approximately 4,400 square feet.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to DLR Group, Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
