The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 311 of Sarpy County, NE (Springfield Pines), will receive sealed
bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th
Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled
"Municipal Water Main Relocation - S.I.D 311 (Springfield Pines)”.

The project is briefly described as follows: The project consists of constructing and relocating approximately 1,600 LF of 12-inch
water main installed by either trenching or trenchless technologies, connecting to existing water mains,
horizontal directional drilling, fittings, valves, abandonment of existing water mains, and associated
incidental items of work as specified herein and indicated on the drawings for an acceptable and complete
installation.
