Bids will be received from General Contractors for the Addition and Remodel to the Educational Service Unit 8
(ESU 8), at 302 Main Street, Neligh, Nebraska, 68756, shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 P.M.
Local Time on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 at the offices of the Administrator, Bill Mowinkel. Bids may be
dropped off, or mailed to the ESU 8 address above. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

The overall scope of work includes the construction of new interior stairs, ramps, elevator, wood handrails, metal
handrails, doors, hardware, interior windows, interior finishes, accessories, historic exterior window replacement,
new aluminum storefront/vestibules, new exterior metal panel siding, cast stone base, existing roof replacement,
new roofs, insulation, new fabric canopy/awning, sidewalks, exterior ramps, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical,
Systems-communications, data, security, and fire alarm systems.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
