PreBid Info:   Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting/walk-through at the project site on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 11:00am, local time. Please contact Elleah Wiebelhaus at ESU 8 by calling 402-887-5041, ext. 1222 to verify your attendance. Contractors are requested to prepare a written list of any questions they may have, for response if required by written Addendum. Contractor questions may be answered during the walk-through verbally, but will strictly form the basis for upcoming Addenda should that be deemed necessary in the interest of fairness.

Bid Info:   Bids will be received from General Contractors for the Addition and Remodel to the Educational Service Unit 8 (ESU 8), at 302 Main Street, Neligh, Nebraska, 68756, shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 at the offices of the Administrator, Bill Mowinkel. Bids may be dropped off, or mailed to the ESU 8 address above. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The overall scope of work includes the construction of new interior stairs, ramps, elevator, wood handrails, metal handrails, doors, hardware, interior windows, interior finishes, accessories, historic exterior window replacement, new aluminum storefront/vestibules, new exterior metal panel siding, cast stone base, existing roof replacement, new roofs, insulation, new fabric canopy/awning, sidewalks, exterior ramps, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Systems-communications, data, security, and fire alarm systems.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $150.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents as no deposit refund will be issued.
