must be in his office on or before 11:00 A.M. on November 16, 2016, at which time the bids will be opened and read
by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Douglas Streets, Omaha, NE.
The work consists of the construction of a new dock (boardwalk) in the location of the previous
dock (boardwalk). The water body in the Gene Leahy Mall will not be drained for the construction of the
replacement dock (boardwalk).

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
